I won

I won I lost more this week then Tara and her friend at Weight Watchers I would like to thank my Mother for having me and my little Brother for teaching me to use a small plate for every meal. And my daughter for making me go and holding my hand. I would like to have a lunch at Roy's in Pebble Beach so maybe I'm getting ahead of myself. Tara has won twice we have 12 weeks to go. I don't think I have ever had so much fun getting thin God knows I have been on a diet must of my life. But as Weight Watchers will tell you over and over again this not a diet it is a life time change. Boy has my life changed.....
